The Smart Tech Hub
Partner Program Agreement
Version 1.0 · Effective October 6, 2026
The short version
- Joining is free. You never have to buy anything to be a partner or to earn.
- You earn only when a real customer buys a product. Nobody is paid for signing people up.
- You earn 40% on your own sales. Sponsors earn a small share of Smart Table Guides sales made by partners they brought in, two levels deep.
- Sales in a calendar month are paid on the 15th of the following month, in US dollars, once your W-9 is on file.
- Everyone markets the same Smart Tech Hub products with the same approved materials, honestly.
The summary is for convenience. The numbered sections below are the agreement.
1. The parties
This agreement is between The Smart Tech Hub, a sole proprietorship owned by Paul Smith, 5067 Strafford Oaks Drive, Sebring, FL 33875 ("we," "us"), and the person accepting it ("you," "Partner").
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 21 years old and a US resident with a valid Social Security Number or EIN.
- There is no fee to join, no required purchase, no inventory and no minimum sales. Buying any of our products is never a condition of joining or earning.
- We may approve or decline any application.
3. Your relationship to us
You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, agent, franchisee or legal partner, and you can't sign contracts or make promises on our behalf. You set your own hours and methods within the brand and marketing rules below, and you pay your own expenses.
4. How commissions work
Each approved partner gets a partner code (for example P07) and personal checkout links. A sale is credited to you when the customer buys through one of your links.
| Level | Who earns | Rate |
| Level 1 | You, on sales made through your own links | 40% |
| Level 2 | You, on sales made by partners you personally referred | 5% |
| Level 3 | You, on sales made by partners they referred | 3% |
- Which products count. All three levels apply to Smart Table Guides ($23.95) and to any new consumer products we add and name as eligible. The Smart Tech Hub AI System ($197) and the Mama J Coaching Assistant ($377) earn the Level 1 commission only, with no Level 2 or Level 3 payments.
- No recruiting pay. No one is ever paid for bringing in a new partner. Level 2 and Level 3 amounts come only from real product sales to customers.
- Your own purchases don't earn. No commission is paid on purchases by you, anyone in your household, or anyone buying on your behalf.
- What the percentage is based on. Commissions are based on the product price the customer actually paid, not counting sales tax.
- Refunds and chargebacks. An order that is refunded or charged back earns no commission at any level. If that happens after a payout, we deduct it from your future commissions.
- Referral records. Who referred whom is set when a partner is approved, based on the referral named in their application, and doesn't change after that except in cases of error or fraud.
5. Payouts
- Schedule. Commissions on sales made during a calendar month are paid on the 15th of the following month. Example: all October sales are paid on November 15. If the 15th falls on a weekend or US bank holiday, we pay the next business day.
- Minimum. If your total is under $25, it rolls over to the next month until it reaches $25.
- Method. We pay in US dollars by PayPal or Zelle, to the account you give us in writing.
- Statements. Each payout comes with a statement showing the orders, levels and amounts.
- Questions. If you think a statement is wrong, tell us within 60 days of the payout date and we'll review it.
6. Taxes
- We need a completed IRS Form W-9 before your first payout. Commissions you earn before then are held, not lost, and are paid on the first payout date after we receive it.
- Send your W-9 only through the private upload folder we share with you. Please never email it.
- We issue a Form 1099 when IRS rules require one. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn.
7. Brand standards
Every partner represents one brand, so the customer gets the same experience wherever they find us.
- Use only the product names, prices, descriptions, images and disclaimers in the approved Partner Kit. Don't change prices or offer your own discounts or bonuses unless we approve them in writing.
- Don't create websites, social profiles, domains or ads that use "Smart Tech Hub," "Smart Table Guides" or "Mama J" in their name, or that could be mistaken for ours.
- Don't bid on our brand names in paid search ads.
- Send customers to our checkout through your partner links only. Don't collect payment yourself.
- Pass any customer support or refund request to paul@smarttechhub.org rather than handling it yourself.
8. Marketing rules
- Disclose. Say clearly that you earn a commission, near the link (for example "affiliate link: I earn a commission"). Federal law requires this.
- Adults only. Promote only to adults of legal gambling age. Never target minors, people who have self-excluded from gambling, or problem-gambling communities.
- Education only. Our guides and classes teach strategy. Never describe us as offering gambling, wagering, betting or live games of any kind.
- No guarantees. Never claim that a product will make someone win, beat the casino, or earn money. Our guides lower the house edge with smarter play. They don't remove it.
- No income claims. Never tell anyone how much they will or might earn as a partner, and never show your own commission earnings as an example of what others can expect.
- No spam or fakes. No unsolicited bulk email or messages, no fake reviews or testimonials, and no misleading ads. Follow CAN-SPAM and the platform rules where you post.
- Follow the law where you are. If a channel or location doesn't allow gambling-related content, don't promote there.
9. No earnings promise
Being a partner is not a job or an investment, and we make no promise that you'll earn anything. What you earn depends entirely on real customer purchases. Many affiliate partners earn little or nothing.
10. Ending the agreement
- Either side can end this agreement at any time by email.
- If it ends normally, commissions on sales made before the end date are paid on the usual schedule.
- If we end it because you broke sections 7 or 8, commissions on the sales involved are forfeited, and we may withhold other unpaid commissions while we review the matter.
- When the agreement ends, stop using our materials and remove your partner links.
11. Changes
We may update this agreement, including rates and eligible products, by emailing you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Changes apply only to sales made after the effective date. If you continue as a partner after that date, you accept the change. If you don't agree, you can end the agreement under section 10.
12. Legal terms
- Liability. Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability under this agreement is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim.
- Your responsibility. You are responsible for the content you publish. You agree to cover our losses from claims caused by your breaking this agreement or the law.
- Governing law. Florida law governs this agreement, and any dispute will be heard in the courts of Highlands County, Florida.
- Entire agreement. This agreement, together with our Terms and Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement between us about the partner program.
13. Accepting this agreement
You accept this agreement by sending the acceptance email on the Join page, typing your full name and the version number. That email is your signature.
