These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of smarttechhub.org (the "Site") and your purchase of any product sold on it. The Site is operated by Paul W. Smith, doing business as The Smart Tech Hub ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any product. Our Smart Table Guides are educational content about casino table games and are intended only for adults who are of legal gambling age in their own jurisdiction. By purchasing a Smart Table Guide, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Products

We currently offer three categories of product:

• Smart Table Guides — one-time digital purchases ($2.97 each), delivered as an instant download. These describe general, mathematically-informed strategy for casino table games. They are educational only and do not guarantee any result.
• Smart Tech Hub AI System license — a recurring monthly subscription granting access to a plug-and-play business system licensed for your own use. Tool and support access only.
• Mama J Coaching Assistant add-on — a recurring monthly subscription providing on-demand coaching support, available only to active AI System licensees.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Nothing sold on this Site — including the Smart Table Guides, the AI System license, or the Coaching Assistant add-on — comes with any guarantee of winnings, profit, income, or any other outcome. Smart Table Guides describe the mathematically optimal long-run strategy for a given game; they do not change the built-in house edge of any casino game, and short-term results can vary widely. The AI System license and Coaching Assistant provide tools and support access only — no earnings or business outcome is implied or promised.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Checkout for current purchases is completed through PayPal and/or our designated credit card processor; we do not directly collect or store your full payment card details. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect a purchase you've already completed.

5. Subscriptions & Cancellation

The AI System license and Coaching Assistant add-on are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and no partial refund is issued for the remainder of that period. 6. Intellectual Property

All guides, graphics, branding, and system materials sold or displayed on this Site are the property of The Smart Tech Hub. Purchasing a product grants you a personal (or, for the AI System license, a licensed business) right to use that specific product — it does not transfer ownership of our underlying content, and you may not resell, redistribute, or republish our materials as your own without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided "as is," for informational and educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Smart Tech Hub is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from your use of our guides, system, or coaching, including losses incurred while gambling or operating your own licensed business. You are responsible for complying with the gambling and business laws of your own jurisdiction.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
